There were two suggestions following the AGM. 

 Barbara suggested that trustees eat their lunch during the trustees meeting so that all the events of the afternoon could be brought forward.  She felt that  the afternoon would be less rushed and people less eager to leave straight after the meal.

 John thought that the agency should have a safeguard officer to cover situations where we have responsibility for our friends from other groups or when we all meet up and escort friends from other groups to the toilet for example.

 Tuesday Club expects to take delivery of our ‘new’ second hand minibus on Tuesday.  We hope that it will prove to be a sensible way of replacing a minibus.  We are grateful for the loan provided by SPANNED.  Pauline Phillips raised £355 at a recent coffee morning to raise money for the bus. We will have a stall at the Christmas Fair for the same cause.

 Tuesday Club has taken part in the Great Mickleover Scarecrow Festival producing two scarecrows with the title ‘The Recyclists’.
